Refund policy
2-day refund window from transaction time for orders that do not start or cannot be delivered as described.
Refunds or credits are not issued for completed orders, drops covered by refill terms, or issues caused by private accounts, deleted content, wrong URLs, or handle changes.
Unused balance refundable within 2 days if no eligible orders exist; after 2 days, balance is non-refundable but usable.
Submit requests via support with order ID, platform, and issue details; verification is based on delivery logs.
